Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro or Family anytime. You can also switch from monthly to annual billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade from Family to Pro, excess profiles are locked (not deleted) — you can still view them but cannot upload new reports until you upgrade again.
